Having originally only met Bridget I didn’t really know what to expect of the Wolfe family. But after meeting Katie I remember thinking, “Oh, this is going to be fun for sure.” And it was and is. To me, Katie was a pillar of wit and stability that is a rare combination in this world. She will be missed.

I went to Rosecrans High School with Katie (Class of 1969). Katie’s sense of humor was infectious as was her personality. I last saw Katie at our 40th class reunion and still the same “Katie.” with her laughter and sense of humor. My sympathy to Katie’s family and siblings. Heaven just got a lot brighter with Katie’s arrival.

My heart is broken. Katie was my best friend in High School and after. It was Katie, Susan and Sally Class of 1969 Rosecrans H.S. We loved to party and dance. Katie had the best sense of humor of anyone that I knew. I thought it was hilarious as she always called her mother by her first name “Irene”. Last I spoke with her on the phone was when our other good friend, Linda Arnold-Brown passed recently. We were both distraught over Linda’s passing. I know Katie was suffering from medical problems, but she always looked so good in her FB posts. Katie was bigger than life and I’m sure she will be even bigger in death and will entertain all the angels and those that have gone before her. I love you and will miss you, Katie.
