I am so sorry to learn of the death of your mother and my good friend. She was my only contact with Brentwood. I shall miss keeping in touch with her via long distance e-mail. I hope your memories of happier times with family will comfort you now. With sincere sympathy, Adelaide Emmrich Szynskie/

Loved reconnecting with your mother in recent years. Our Parents really loved each other and I know they are together again, laughing and swapping stories about their big families and how they survived ALL of US! Especially those infamous 4th of July parites on the McCarthy compound! Much Love and many prayers for all!

Very fond memories of Tony McCarthy! Her warm welcoming smile, love of life and her calm reassuring presence. She was proud to be a core part of the adult Irish dancing team later transformed into a tight-knit collection of lifelong friends. We were always thrilled to see her walk through the front door for practice night! Slightly soft spoken but very energetic her presence always made any gathering memorable. A terrific friend to my parents. She always kept my mother in her thoughts after their husbands passed. While this is a difficult time know the memories of how your mother led her life go far beyond family and friends. My life was enriched because of her influence!
