Dearest Blance, I met you this evening at Oxley’s with friend Diana. I was saddened to learn of your family losses. While I didn’t know Tiffiny, I did know the Griffin family, who lived on N.14th St across from our family, Tiliakos’s. While the Griffin childeren were older than me & sibilings, we were fond of the elder Griffins. As a young girl I’d go downtown to the Griffin jewerly shop, Mr. Griffin was so kind to me. Later in life I met you at a Barber family function as I was a friend of your brother Steve. Meeting you tonight made me fill a kindered friendship toward you & I had to let you know again how sorry I am for the loss of a beloved daughter & husband so young & so close in time. I know your faith, family & friends will help you through this time of loss. Memories of happy times & the smallest of moments will fill your heart & soul to comfort. With warm regards, Anna Tiliakos

Blanche and family, I am so sorry to hear about Tiffiny and Billy’s passing. There is no greater loss than to lose your children and then on top of that, your husband. I enjoyed the many years Billy and I rode together in his service truck, taking care of many outages and new services. He was always quick witted with me and the people around him. I haven’t seen him much since I left FPU some 25 years ago and I still tell some of the stories about him and me in that service truck of his. We had some awesome experiences together. I was blessed to have him in my life during that time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time.
