Angela Virginia Loper

Angela �Angie� V. Loper, 52, of Yulee passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019 at St. Vincent�s Medical Center in Jacksonville.
A native of Jacksonville, Angie was the daughter of the late James C. and Rene Sloan Gray.
She was a graduate of Victory Christian Academy and followed a program of study to be a dental hygienist.
Angie, a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Mission, worked alongside her husband, James, in their landscape design firm. Angela had a deep love for travel, an appreciation for the beauty of nature and an amazingly generous heart that found joy in giving sweet words of encouragement to all those around her.
She leaves behind her husband of 26 years, James Loper of Yulee; their son, Samuel Jameson Loper of Yulee; her brothers, Bennie Gray and his wife, Ginger, and Chuck Gray and his wife, Teresa all of Jacksonville as well as several other extended family members who were dear to her heart.
A Mass of Christian of Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Mission in Yulee, Florida with Father Rafal Mazurowski, Celebrant.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, September 9, 2019 at Oxley-Heard Funeral Home.
She will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville.
