She was one amazing woman who will be dearly missed. I always looked forward to my days that I would get to see her come by just to say hey while I was working. She was definitely loved! She would always stop by the pharmacy just to say hey and let me know how she was doing. So sorry for the loss and sending big prayers and lots of love!

Have such wonderful memories of tennis games when we played team tennis so many years ago. She would always make me laugh with her wonderful humor. She was a fierce competitor and loved her tennis friends. She will be missed by all her friends!

My condolences to the family wishing them peace and longevity to the years to come. I will keep you all in my prayers. Diane will be missed by many people as she bought Life to the party. I did her hair for many years and played dominoes we had so much fun she came to my chair aerobics class at Council On Aging which I know she enjoyed but had to rush out 5 minutes early in order not to miss her bridge game. That was very important. God love her 🙏🙏🍷

Diane M. Livingston
2026-05-28
Diane Morrison Livingston passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family in the early morning of May 28, 2026.
Born on December 19, 1936, in Patterson, California, Diane was the daughter of the late Laura Bertoloso and Sidney Morrison. She spent much of her early childhood being raised by her aunt and uncle, Mary (née Bertoloso) and Devere Williams, who held a special place in her life and helped shape the woman she became.
Diane graduated from Patterson High School in 1954 and continued her education at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, where she earned an associate degree in accounting in 1956.
In May 1957, she married the love of her life, Edgar Nave Livingston, in Albany, Georgia. Together they built a life rooted in love, family and steadiness. They welcomed four children between 1958 and 1963: Mike Livingston (Leslie), Jenny Livingston, Tom Livingston (Tracey) and Lisa Cook (Ronnie). Her children remember her as a constant source of kindness, encouragement and unconditional support.
Diane’s greatest joy was her family, and she leaves behind a loving legacy through her grandchildren: Mike’s children: Jennifer Durrance (Bobby), Jessica Livingston, Nikki Livingston, Janna Black (Tim) and Jacob Occhipinti; Jenny’s daughter: Jill Ban (Drew); Tom’s children: Christine Cleary (Matt), Chad Livingston (Loren), Taylor Huff, Salley Huff (Dan Chadwick) and Lauren Smith (Bryant); and Lisa’s children: Stephanie Noegel (Eric), Jamie Pearce (Jerrod) and Greg Smith (Era).
She is also lovingly remembered by her many great-grandchildren: Katelyn, Leah, Parker and Jack (Jamie); Jase, Sienna and Chase (Stephanie); Jaden and Jordan (Jessica); Brooks and Declan (Christine); Riley (Jill); Olivia (Chad); CJ and Luna (Greg); Ethan (Nikki); Lachlan and Adair (Salley); Reid (Lauren); Bradley, Kylan and Rachel (Jennifer).
She is also survived by her beloved and adored sisters, Kris and Susan (Darryl) and cousin, Gerald (Dorothy).
For 25 years, Diane worked at The Southern Touch craft shop, where she was known for her warmth and dedication. She especially cherished summers spent with her granddaughters, who often helped her in the shop and created lasting memories that will be treasured for generations.
She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life—treasure-hunting at yard sales, playing tennis well into her later years, and gathering with friends for bridge and dominoes. She also loved traveling to visit family and lifelong friends, maintaining close and meaningful relationships throughout her life.
A devoted member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Fernandina Beach, Florida since 1972, Diane’s faith was a guiding presence throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Edgar, in 2011.
A funeral service will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on June 16, 2026, followed by interment at Bosque Bello Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Nassau County Council on Aging in Fernandina Beach, Florida, in her memory.
A Life Remembered
Diane’s family finds comfort in the many ways she shaped their lives—through love, encouragement and presence. Her legacy lives on in every story shared, every laugh remembered and every generation that follows.
