Mrs. Vernnelle V. Hutto age 96 of Yulee FL, passed away Friday April 7, 2017 at Quality Health in Fernandina Beach, FL. Born in Ruffin, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Ervin and Artie Hiott. She grew up in Round O, South Carolina where she attended school. She was an accomplished seamstress and worked for various clothing stores. In 1939 she married Homer L. Hutto. They made their home in Jacksonville in 1948 where he did contracting and building work. Mr. Hutto passed in 1991. She moved to Yulee in 2008 to be closer to her family. Mrs. Hutto was a member of The Baptist faith. She leaves behind her son and daughter in-law Leroy and Charlotte Hutto of Yulee, her sister Mae Seigler of Round O, South Carolina, three Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her special friends and neighbors Billy and Betty Boree of Jacksonville Florida.

The family will receive friends at Noon on Tuesday April 11, 2017 with services following at 1 o�clock in the Burgess Chapel.

She will be laid to rest with her husband in Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville Florida.
