Miss Alexis Anne McNair, age 14, of Fernandina Beach passed away on Thursday afternoon, March 31, 2016.

Alexis had been a lifelong resident of Fernandina Beach and student at Southside Elementary School.

Alexis will be missed by her grandmother and lifelong caregiver, Cheryl Smith Deubner, Fernandina Beach, FL, a grandfather, Kevin Maynard, an aunt, Lindsay Deubner, her uncles, Kristopher Maynard and David Deubner, a brother and sister, Lucas and Lauren, her teachers and classmates at Southside Elementary and many extended family members.

Funeral services will at 11:00 am, on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley Heard.
