Services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Yulee United Methodist Church.

I�m so saddened at the earthly passing of dear Karen and didn�t know she was at Hilliard. I first knew her back when she faithfully visited Fred at Quality Health. She always brightened my day with her beautiful smile and kind words. Her endearing spirit will be greatly missed . Our deepest sympathy and prayers are extended to her family.

When my Mom was at Quality health, Ms Karen was always there to help her with Bingo. My Mom loved her and looked forward to seeing her every week. God bless her. Prayers for you on the loss of your Mother. She was a special lady.

My deepest condolences to your family. Mrs. Purvis was my fourth grade teacher. She helped me in a time in my life that was very difficult. I had the privilege of seeing her all through the years and she never forgot me. My heart is sad because she�s gone but I will see her again one day. My stepdaughter had the privilege of being her home health nurse. She was the sweetest person. May God bless you and give you comfort.
