Brandon Claxton, 35 years old, passed away on June 4, 2026, at St Vincent’s Hospital, in Jacksonville, Florida.
He was born to Johnny Claxton and the late Estelle Brandies Claxton, on April 17, 1991. Brandon grew up in Yulee, Florida, surrounded by lots of loving family members.

Brandon was known to be a very kind soul and was always willing to help anyone with whatever needed to be done. He loved animals and would often take in any animal who needed a home.

He was a talented artist who excelled in portraits. He also very much enjoyed fishing and wood burning. Brandon was a Christian and attended the Journey Church and later, The Church of Eleven22.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Cayce Claxton; his father, Johnny Claxton; a cherished brother, Jason Claxton (Amelia) and his precious nephew and niece, Carter and Gracie; Aunts, Bernice Freeman, Glenda Williams, Dorothy Bloodsworth and Laura Claxton, along with many cousins, who brought him much joy. Brandon loved and adored his stepmom, Connie Claxton.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Hughes Cemetery, Yulee, Florida with Pastor Jackie Hayes officiating.
