I taught Camren in 2nd/3rd grade. He never walked in our room without a smile on his face. Camren had the biggest heart of any 7year old I ever met. He would give anything he had to a student in need. Camren had the most infectious laugh, and he brightened the life of anyone who met him. I am heart broken, but I know I will see Camren again in Heaven. Even at the young age of 7, he loved Jesus and his church. He loved to tell others about his church and invite them to come.

Ever since I met him he was always so kind everytime we saw each other at church he’d give me a hug and was always there for me when I was sad. No matter how sad I was he made me laugh and I will forever cherish the moments we have every Wednesday after school for years. I wish you never left tk. Rest In Peace homie and thank you for all the happy memories.

I didn’t really know Cameron that well but from what I remember him from Texarkana and he was in band. He was a really good kid and this hurts my heart to hear if his passing

Me and Cam had always been round each other since middle school. He’d be in at least one or two of my classes moving foreword and he was a dedicated loving Christian who’d I’d always see at church. It wasn’t until my first and only time playing football I’d get to really know him and realize how unique he was both on and off the field and as a member in band. He wore a smile even during the most exhausting school year as the pandemic was starting. He was the guy with the most positive mindset in the room. He did his best to lift up everyone he ever met and do anything to be a good friend for them. While it’s been far too late for me to appeciate when you were still here, I’m sure I’d be proud with wherever you ended up. Rest easy real one

Camren was one of those guys, who made your day, there wasn't a day that went by, that he didn't make me smile. Whether I was in BIM, or Band class, he and I had lots of fun together. We came up with all sorts of business ideas, and did all kinds of shenanigans together. He was my best friend. He'll be sorely missed by everyone, but he will always have a special place in my heart ❤

I met Camren when he was in 6th grade and I was in 8th grade in beginner percussion at PG in Texarkana. I spent many hours at rehearsals with him when we were in front ensemble in high school marching band. He was always fun to be around and had a kind heart. I remembered Cameron when he played football when he was in Texarkana. We didn’t talk that often but he just wanted to be friends with everyone and something I’ll learn is not to take anyone or anything for granted. i am a close friend of his from church in texarkana. camren was such a sweet sole to me. he never once was down. he always had a welcoming smile on his face and when i started coming in 5th grade we automatically became best friends. he always knew how to make my church days better even on the hard days he would remind me to keep pushing. i know he’s in such a better place and is watching over everyone of us and he’d want us to keep pushing. i will forever cherish the memories i have had with him.

I met Camren back in 6th grade. He was one of the most chillest people I've met, he would always have a smile on his face when I saw him. Even though we wouldn't get along sometimes that didn't stop us from always joking around and having a good time. Imma miss Carmen he was a good person. Thank you for the memories.

He was my first ever male friend when I met him in 5th grade at PG. We use to always play on the swings and throw pine cones at eachother during recess and I would always give him my cereal in the morning. He walked with me across the street from pleasant grove middle school to the church the first time I ever went and he walked around and introduced me to everyone. I’ve never had a friend like him before and I’m so glad to have been able to share the 7-8 years that I knew him. He will be truly missed and I know he is looking down on us and wanting us to all be okay. Rest In Peace to a dear friend, you will be missed <3

I’m really going to miss you Camren, My matching name buddy. We met in middle school when I first moved here and he was one of my first friends. I was sad when he had to move, and I wish we kept contact when he did. But I’ll never forget when he came to my 14th birthday and got me the can of soup I asked for as a joke. Thus getting nicknamed by my mom “soup boy”. Gonna miss you a lot <3

My favorite memory with Camren was in middle school we had a secret handshake that no one knew about and we could barely remember it and it was something different every time and one day we were in the band hall and we tried to remember it and we just couldn’t and we accidentally ended up bumping heads and fell and just laughed it off. One of my favorite most funny memories with him was one day in band he was being goofy and not focusing. I looked at him dead in the eyes and said “Camren. If you don’t quit I’m going to throw this little book at you.” It was a small tarot card book. About 2x2 big and half an inch wide. Nothing harmful. But he stared me in my face and kept goofing off. So I threw the book at him. He was shocked and everyone in the room laughed it off. From then on it was an inside joke between everyone in PGHS front ensemble that he was afraid of “Tiny Book.” We’d say “Camren, don’t make Paige get out Tiny Book.” He was so fun to be around. He’s going to be very missed.

Dam bruh this shit really happened. I don’t even know what to say. I never expected this to happen, But dam if we didn’t share some good times man. The almost 4 years as bros. I ain’t gonna forget you.😔

My absolute favorite memory I had with Camren was back in 5th grade. We were at our school’s 50’s dance, and he came up to me and asked me to dance. We ended up having so much fun, and dance for a good hour or two. From that moment on we were best friends until I moved schools. Coming back as a freshman he instantly recognized me and we became friends again. Always joking around with me and making my day brighter. I was so lucky to have him as a friend. Camren’s joy, enthusiasm, and zest for life were contagious! Always smiling, laughing, and spending time with people. He was tender hearted and servant minded. The children’s and student ministries at FBC Texarkana were made better by my his being a part, and he will truly be missed. Praying for his loving family and those who have come to love him in Florida.

We had the pleasure of getting to know Camren through Brooklyn and family. We loved that Camren was full of life and always up for a challenge. He joined in like he had always been a part of our family. We know that he loved the lord and is in Heaven as we had many conversations about it. He is already greatly missed. I first met Camren when my daughter attended Young Life. He was such a sweet young man. He went on beach trips with us this summer. He loved playing with the young children and helping the adults pack up at the end of the day. I remember we placed a bet of who would find the shark tooth first. He was so respectable and sweet. I grieve for the family and pray for comfort. Our hearts are broken. RIP and sing with the angels.
