I worked for Carl as an Executive Secretary of Koch Operations Group, Koch Industries back in 1996. Carl was one of my favorite bosses. He was kind, caring, wicked smart, funny, and soft spoken. I always admired his ability to balance his work and personal life. His priority was his family first. I am so sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to all surviving family members. He was very proud of you and love you all very much!

Carl added value wherever he happened to be; he did this with his mind, his heart and his personality. Robin, Kristen, Kelly and family, our condolences. As do you, we celebrate his memory and grieve for our loss.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I do not die.
