I met Cliff in 1974 as a new agent with State Farm. He was teaching a class that I attended. Every night, he and others would take us to dinner in the area. He would not let me buy a drink. He insisted on buying me every drink, all evening. I am deeply indebted to Cliff for teaching me how to become a successful insurance agent. He was, truly, a wonderful person and human being. He will be deeply missed.

Cliff and I were Managers together for a short time. I really enjoyed being around him with his joyous approach to almost everything. I did appreciate his positive attitude when I saw him. He was a big asset to State Farm and others.

Cliff was an agent at Jax Beach while I lived nearby.z. He was a manager in the Panhandle while I was a Manager in South Carolina. WE often had contests to see which district could win. We have been in touch via Email until a few months ago when his responses quit. Cliff was a great guy, good friend. Ronnie, so very sorry to hear about your Dad today. As you know he was one of my favorite people in all of State Farm. I was able to see him a couple of times while he was living near The Villages. Through the years he was one of those guys that simply never changed. I always enjoyed being with him so much. Please let me know about his Memorial Service. If at all possible I�d like to be there. I hope you and your family are well. Please tell Pat hello.

Good morning Ronnie. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Father. I do think that I met him in 1984 in the Jacksonville Regional Office. But I did meet him at some point and remember his great smile and glow. I, too, lost my Father back in March. Deepest sympathy to you and all of the Cail Family.

Dear family, condolences on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. I got to know Uncle Cliff as a warm and nice person, whom I looked up to and respected � a nice person with humor and an interest in people. We had a wonderful time together in Florida as well as with visits to the Netherlands. We often drank a glass of Teachers whiskey with ice at the end of the day, he enjoyed that� Cheers Uncle Cliff � we will miss you but you are always in our hearts �. We wish Aunt Helga, Roy, Donna and Cody and of course the whole family a lot of strength with the loss of this fine guy �

Cliff & Helga Cail were good friends from our times together at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Fruitland Park, FL. Cail and I had many wonderful rounds of golf together, but I�m not sure we ever kept score. Seems like all we did was laugh!
