It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel (Danny) Heffernan, of Amelia Island, Florida, and Kilkenny, Ireland, who died on July 26th 2025.

Daniel was predeceased by his wife, Lisa Heffernan; his parents, William and Philomena Heffernan and his sister, Frances. He will be deeply missed by his sister, Vicky; his brother, Bill and Daniel’s partner, Julie; his daughter, Leah; his step-son, Anthony; as well as his nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, Mary; brother-in-law, Pat; extended family and his many friends in the USA and Kilkenny.

A Celebration of Life is being planned to be held in St. Augustine and further details will be announced at a later date.
