Daphne Michelle Sanders
2016-10-24
Daphne Michelle Sanders came as a precious gift to this world on September 9. Being in a hurry to share her light with this world, she arrived 3 weeks early to the complete joy of family and friends who had gathered to await her arrival. On Thursday, October 20, those same friends and family members discovered that Daphne was also in a hurry to see the face of Jesus.
In her brief time here, Daphne was a constant recipient of the deepest love a child could be shown. She seemed eager to absorb every kiss and snuggle, and showed the utmost patience with everyones fascination with her gorgeous dark hair. She was also the frequent source of greedy loved ones arguing to be the first to hold her and kiss her sweet face. Because of this, she could always be found snuggled in adoring arms, with her tiny cheek pressed to the sound of her loved ones hearts. Her most favorite snuggle spot was with her Mommy and Daddy, because she was their entire world. We are comforted by the knowledge that to Jesus Christ, a thousand years is like a day; so for Daphne, it will be but a few moments until she is once again surrounded by her loved ones.
Preceded in death by her grandmother, Angel Cope, and her Uncle, Joshua Ervin, Daphne will continue being loved by her parents, Michael and Frances Sanders, her great-grandmothers, Mae Scussell, Lynn Guthrie and Geraldine Sanders, her grandparents, Frank & Tracey Scussell and Robby Sanders, her great-aunts and uncles, Frances & Raiford Conner, Virginia & Gary Davis, Betty & Hank Martinez and Carl & Debbie Sanders, her aunts & uncles, Alisha Scussell, Matthew Scussell, Melissa Johnson, Savannah Scussell and Conor and Ashley MacGabhann, and her cousins, Alice Kathleen MacGabhann, Grant and Blake Sanders.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 1 at 1:00 p.m. at First Alliance Church of Hilliard, 37207 Mill Street, Hilliard Florida, 32046.
