David S. Miller, 46, of Yulee, passed away June 12, 2018 at the Warner Center for Caring.

Born October 17, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan, David was a son of Robert Miller and Elizabeth McKendree. After high school, he worked in the automobile industry in Detroit until moving to Yulee in 1991.

His love of music manifested itself in his working in various venues as a musician. He was known for his willingness to lend a helping hand, no matter the project. He was kind, witty, funny, and loved all sorts of animals. His family will remember him being a devoted husband and loving father.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Laureen Miller; his 2 sons, Christopher and David Miller; his mother, Elizabeth McKendree of Yulee; his step-daughters, April Courtney and her husband, Bryan of Jacksonville; Rachel McNally and her fianc�, Carlos Jackson of Neptune Beach; his father, Robert Miller of Yulee; his brother, Michael Miller of Yulee; two sisters, Lorrie Miller and Patty Miller of Fernandina Beach.

A small family service is planned at a later date.
