Diane Rehm Wesnak of Yulee, FL passed away November 24, 2025. Her daughter, Roxanne and son in law, Geoffrey was by her side.
Diane was born on July 2, 1944 in Scranton, PA. to (the late) Marian Davis Rehm and Edward Rehm. Diane grew up in Scranton and after graduating high school, she married the love of her life, (the late) Michael Wesnak on February 23, 1963. They both decided it was time to leave Scranton and embark on their successful life journey together.
Diane received her Master’s from University of Connecticut and worked as an interior designer for years for the State of Connecticut. Diane joined her husband and began her career as a co-owner of an IT development/consulting corporation based out of Connecticut, Dynex, Inc.
Diane enjoyed many beautiful vacations throughout the United States and abroad.
Her greatest passions were her love of creating artworks, playing tennis and cooking. She had many of her recipes published in a local magazine. Diane was an annual volunteer for the Amelia Concours d’Elegance event on Amelia Island, which she absolutely loved and took much pride in.
Diane, referred to by her family as ‘Awah’ is survived by her daughter, Roxanne Wesnak O’Rourke, her spouse Geoffrey G. Damico, grandson, Thomas E. O’Rourke IV and great grandchild, Chloe. Her nephew, Kenneth Rehm and his wife Carole, niece, Brenda Simpson, niece, Michelle Slaughter and niece,Tina Rehm Mueller.
Diane had one sibling, (the late) Kenneth Rehm and sister in law (the late) Lorraine Rehm.
Diane will always be remembered for her kind and generous heart.
At this time, the family is planning a small private gathering to celebrate her life.
