Domenico Sacco

Domenico Sacco, 53, of Fernandina Beach passed away at his home Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
Domenico was born March 14, 1967 in Detroit, MI to Carolina and the late Antonio Sacco.
A third generation stone mason, Dom was a master at his craft and was happiest when he was creating something beautiful. Domenico moved to the coast in 2017, before settling in Fernandina Beach.
Domenico was quick with a comeback but just as soft with his kindness, most of all he loved to make people laugh, whether it was a funny face or a dirty joke. He loved his music and he loved his family. He was a powerful force and such huge light in the lives of all those that knew and loved him. The world will be a little dimmer without his presence.
He leaves behind his wife, Kim Sacco of Fernandina Beach; his mother, Carolina Sacco of Detroit, MI; his children, Antonio Joseph Sacco, Mallory Faye Sacco, and Sidney Elise Sacco, all of Detroit, MI, Matteo Sacco of Jasper, FL; his step children, Taylor (Ryan) Cruz of Las Vegas, NV and Chase Pitzing of Valdosta, GA; his sisters, Teresa Sacco of Valdosta, GA and Milena Goolsby of Detroit, MI; a brother, Giovanni Sacco of Valdosta, GA; his granddaughter, Ana Kate Cruz of Las Vegas, NV as well as a large family of nephews, aunts, and cousins who will miss him greatly.
Domenico was predeceased his father, Antonio Sacco on November 26, 2019.
