Sherry Benner Graddy

Dr. Cook was the best dentist I have ever used. I also work for him for a short time in the 80s. He was a gentlemen. Keeping his family in my thoughts and prayers. I hope his love and memories will help comfort you at this difficult time.

Susan Edwards and Family

Dr. Cook was our family's favorite dentist. He made us all feel at ease with his friendly and gentle manner. He was the first dentist the kids ever had and he made it a good memory. I know he will be greatly missed on this earth.

Mike was our dentist and friend. He always made his patients feel like family. He will be missed by many.

I have know Mike for 34 for years ever since I moved to Fernandina Beach to Practice dentistry. I could always depend on Mike to help me with anything I asked. He was a fair honest man and I will miss him greatly. I always considered Mike more than a landlord but also a personal friend. I offer my sincerest condolences to Robbie, Susan, Michael and Ashley. God Speed my friend and I will see you in the next life.

Dr. Michael Henry Cook

Dr. Michael Henry Cook, 75 of Fernandina Beach, FL passed away on October 22nd at his home.

He was born in Fernandina Beach to Amos and Agnes Cook. Michael grew up in Callahan, FL and graduated from Callahan High School. He was a four-sport letterman, the Valedictorian of his class and a proud Rambler. After graduation from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biology, Michael earned the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University's Medical College of Virginia. He practiced Dentistry for 40 years.

He leaves behind his sisters Sandra Goldberry and Patsy Quaile, his son Robert Cook, his daughter Susan Cook Sadler, his ex-wife Janice Quarles, his step-son Michael Crosby, his step-daughter Ashley Crosby and many friends.

He will truly be missed. We love you Dr. Mike!
