Mr. Dwayne Eugene �Douger� Carroll, age 57, of Yulee, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at UF Health in Gainesville.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Journey Church, Yulee, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to his Go Fund Me account for his children and adopted children.
