In addition to her parents, Mrs. McIntosh was predeceased by her sisters, Mable Chatman and Pearlie Mae Lowe; two grandsons, Brandon McIntosh and Michael McIntosh, Jr; and her former husband, Robert David McIntosh, II who she was married to for 56 years.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her children, Marcelia McIntosh Hollins and her husband, Bertran Leon of Jacksonville, Frank McIntosh of Fernandina Beach and Michael A. McIntosh and his wife, Rose also of Fernandina Beach; her sister, Thelma Lotts; her eight grandchildren, DeAngelo L. Hollins, Lisa T.
