Your mom was blessed by your love and tender cared you showed her throughout her life especially in her later years. May she rest in eternal peace. We love you all.

Elizabeth Jane Seeholtz

Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Seesholtz, 92, of Evans, GA passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Camilla Walk Assisted Living Facility.
Born in Jacksonville, she was a daughter of the late David B. and Virginia Goodbread Higginbotham. She was raised in Fernandina Beach and was a long-time member of Memorial United Methodist Church while living here.
She was a homemaker and was a choir member at Memorial and member of the Garden Club. Her two most enjoyable activities were her singing in the choir and working in her yard when she lived on 14th Street and Amelia Circle.
She had been away from Fernandina Beach for several years and in that time lived in Ohio, moving back to Fernandina for a time and eventually moving to Georgia to be nearer her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gene C. Seesholtz in 1996.
She leaves behind her sons, Paul (Lisa) Lostspeich of Hephzibah, GA and David (Barbara) Lotspeich of Chillicothe, OH; her grandchildren, Lacie Lotspeich, Gene Lotspeich, Bianca (Luke) Jenkins, Marenna Romanello and Derek Lotspeich; her great grandchildren, Chloe Pittman, Haley Jenkins, Austin Lotspeich, Bryce Romanello, Derek Lotspeich, Jr., Abbe Adams and Aubree Adams as well as several extended family members and friends.
The family received friends on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Oxley-Heard Funeral Directors.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley-Heard Funeral Directors.
She was laid to rest with her husband and parents at Bosque Bello Cemetery.
