Mr. Francis Emile Belleau, age 83, of Fernandina Beach, passed away on Saturday morning, May 7, 2016 at his home. Born in Danvers, MA, he was the son of the late Arthur and Eveline Charbonneau Belleau.

After completing high school Mr. Belleau joined the U.S. Military and served in the Air National Guard, U. S. Air Force and U.S. Navy before retiring as a Meteorologist with over 23 years of active duty.

He is preceded in death by a son and his wife, Bette Fleming Belleau.

He leaves behind a son, Frank Belleau Jr. and many dear friends and care givers.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 13, 2016 from the graveside in Bosque Bello Cemetery with Reverend Father Brad Cunningham, officiating. He will be laid to rest beside his wife
