I'm so sorry to hear this! Many many years ago, Gary and I played tennis together. He has always been such a kind and encouraging person. I know he will be missed.

I just heard about this. I am so sorry to hear about Gary's passing. I always enjoyed working with Gary during our contracting days. He was such a joy to be around. I know he will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers will be with the family!

Gary and I were great friends for more than 50 years. He had a gift of making people smile. My sincere condolences to Gary, his family and friends. In the words of one of his favorite songs, I hope he is dancing in the moonlight.

I knew you all my life, uncle. You were just a 9 y/o boy when I was born. So, I had you as more of a "big brother" for my entire childhood. So many wonderful memories of tagging along behind you, pestering you, learning how to throw a Frisbee and a football, play horseshoes, croquet and those infamous lawn darts. We played ping-pong under Grandma and Granddaddy's carport on many summer days. You taught me how to be a gracious loser since you never let me win! And let's not forget the oh-so "hilarious" tickle/torture sessions on Grandma's floor... I had to yell "UNCLE" when I couldn't take any more wrist-rubbing (aka "Indian burns" before I knew better)!! But being the easy target in the house, I learned how to shoot those dart guns and water pistols really well. Yeppers, we had a lot of fun! I only wish we could reminisce together now. I'll miss you...

Our hearts are heavy at our loss of a kind good friend. We will miss him terribly and send you our love ❤️

So sorry to learn this news. Truly. Gary was very competent, helpful and kind to me over many years in Fernandina. He committed to the task at hand with a sense of humor. Gary will be missed, no doubt. He will long be remembered for many Gary’isms, dealing with serious real estate matters in a candid while light-hearted manner. Garys family has all my support.
