Surrounded by his wife and three children, George William Reilly passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Community Hospice & Palliative Care�s Warner Center for Caring in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

George was born in Waterbury, Connecticut and was a son of the late George C. and Gladys Druzinsky Reilly. He graduated from the University of Connecticut.

In 1971 he moved to South Florida in 1971 and it was there he raised his family. George really enjoyed traveling on ski trips with family and friends. He also enjoyed racquet sports and time at the health club.

Family was the most important thing to George and he showed this through his love and constant support. George considered himself lucky to marry the love of his life. That marriage lasted 56 years.

George moved to Amelia Island and his later years were spent in Amelia Island and the North Carolina mountains.

In keeping with his wishes, a small private family service will be held to remember George�s life.
