Helen M. Holt-Peterman, 86, passed away at her home in Yulee, Florida on Tuesday, January 1, 2019.

Born in Holly Springs, North Carolina, she was the last surviving child of thirteen children born to the late Caswell and Celeste Tudor Holt.

Moving to the Yulee area 2 years ago, she had lived for many years in Frederick, Maryland. She held a Bachelor�s degree in Gerontology and was a Licensed Practical Nurse. In addition to working as a School Nurse at a Junior High School she also spent time as an Analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency and for a number of years, helped with caring for those with Alzheimer�s disease.

She was an active member of University Baptist Church in College Park, Maryland where she served as a Church Hostess and was a Deaconess. In addition to her many activities at church she loved her family and would take any and all opportunities to enjoy time with them.

In addition to her parents and siblings, she was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Roger Allen Peterman.

She leaves behind her two sons, Roger Alan Peterman, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida and Robert Dale Peterman and his wife, Michelle of Fernandina Beach, Florida; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held at a later date and she will be laid to rest with her husband at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Maryland.
