Mr. Jeffery Allan Evans, age 50 of Fernandina Beach passed away on Friday evening, May 19, 2017.

Born in Randallstown, MD he was the son of the late, Jack Leroy and Mary Louise Polly Evans. Jeff grew up in Owings Mills and was a graduate of Franklin High School in Reisterstown, Class of 1984. After high school he enlisted and served in the United States Marine Corps. Upon being honorably discharged he worked for Diamond �DC� Comics in Aberdeen, MD. In 2005 he relocated to Fernandina Beach. Since settling here he has worked as a Bar Tender and Server at the Palace Saloon, PLAE and at Bretts Waterway Caf�.

Jeff was fond of most music but was most drawn to country music.

He was attending Christwalk Church in Fernandina Beach.

Jeff leaves behind his daughter, Casey Evans, Bookman, PA, two brothers, Michael Evans, Owings Mills, MD, Patrick Evans, Baltimore, MD, two sisters, Deborah Blitz, Silver Run, MD, Christine Cox, Joppa, MD, several nieces and nephews to include a special niece, Jamie Miller, many friends to include, Alan �Hupp� Huppmann, of Fernandina Beach; his friend since grade school.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Christwalk Church, on Bailey Road in Fernandina Beach with Dr. James Chamberlain, officiating.
