John Edward Price

John Edward Price, 76, of Fernandina Beach, Florida passed away on November 30, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on September 6, 1945 to the late Herbert B. and Nina Facinoli Price.
He grew up in Whitesville, West Virginia and was a graduate of Sherman High School in 1963. He attended college at West Virginia Tech and Morris Harvey College and then went into the Army.
John married his high school sweetheart in 1967 and they moved to Fernandina Beach in 1969.
Mr. Price leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Carolyn DeRaimo Price, and 3 sons, Brett, Chad and Mitch; his sister Anita Cooley and husband Gene; Father in Law, Okey DeRaimo; Brother in Laws Roy Mynes and his wife Linda; John DeRaimo and his wife Deana; Okey DeRaimo II and his wife Jody; David Massey and his wife Vicki; and so many nieces and nephews that loved him.
John loved fishing and working in his yard, tending his many flowers.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
