Lenell White Jr., born May 31, 1949, in Fernandina Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, at his home in Fort Washington, Maryland.

A graduate of Peck High School, Lenell was a proud United States Navy veteran, former employee of the United States Government Printing Office, and a dedicated community servant. He was known for his love of family, sports, music, travel, and his sharp personal style.

Lenell is survived by his sons, Lenell DeMushr White III (Rosa) and Troy Addison; daughters, Zabrina White Dempson (Johnny) and LaTesiya Williams; his grandchildren Lenell, Leonardo, Darien and Brandon, great grandson Ajahni, his longtime companion of 20 years, Miriam Ducre; and a host of family and friends.

His memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peck Center, 516 S. 10th Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034 followed by the interment of ashes at Bosque Bello Cemetery, 1321 North 14th Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida.

The repast will follow at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center, 1200 Elm Street.
