Leo Cryder Jr, 67 years old of Yulee, FL passed away on Dec. 15, 2023 at Community Hospice, The Morris Center of Jacksonville, FL.

Born on March 24,1956 in Fernandina Beach, FL to the late Leo Cryder and Daphne Laura Lovell of Fernandina Beach, FL. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and a green thumb that will be remembered by all who knew him. Leo's passion for gardening and strong work ethic was evident in everything he did.

Leo was a landfill operator for 20+ years and became semi-retired working part-time for Home Depot in Yulee, FL for the past 2 years. Married to his wife Tracy (Rowland) Cryder of 32 years, he was a devoted husband, caring father, and loving grandfather who always putting his family first. Leo will be remembered for his kindness and gentle spirit and sometimes a bit of sarcastic humor.

He leaves behind a daughter, Tonya Jean Carter of Byron, GA; a daughter, Stephanie Mock of Yulee, FL; a brother, Kevin Cryder of St Mary's, GA; a sister, Bonnie Spivey of Fernandina Beach, FL and a brother, James Cryder of Yulee, FL. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and grandkids who loved him dearly.

A private memorial will be held at a later date for close family and friends.
