Mrs. Lillian McGlon, 87, of Callahan passed away Monday, March 5, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center Nassau.

A native and lifelong resident of Nassau County, she was a daughter of the late Edward Preston and Anna Marie Thompson Nicks.

Over the years she had worked at Stuckey�s on I-95, Steffens Restaurant in Kingsland and Eckerds Pharmacy in Callahan. She enjoyed helping people. She will be remembered as always having a smile and loving her family.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Shirley McGlon; her brothers, Peyton, Preston, and Robert Nicks and her sisters Nell Cook and Marie Franks.

She is survived by her sister, Geraldine Dyal of St. Mary�s and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Jones Cemetery in Callahan where she will be laid to rest beside her husband.
