Linda Lou Jones Guinn, 70, of Fernandina Beach passed away Monday, August 3, 2020 at Ascension St. Vincent�s Riverside Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

She was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was the daughter of the late Jimmy M. and Angelina Fonte Stephenson.

Linda was a homemaker. In her younger years she loved to fish, shrimp and could be described as a beachcomber. Through the years she became an avid fan of television shows such as Friends and many of the crime dramas. She also loved to collect various figurines and stuffed collectibles including Beanie Babies. She thoroughly enjoyed reading and watching movies, �Gone with the Wind� being one of her favorites. She enjoyed talking on the phone with her sister and watching the youngsters in her family playing softball.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Leroy Donovan Jones, Jr. and her brother, Lewis Fisher.

She leaves behind her children, Donovan Monroe (Jennifer) Jones of Grovetown, GA, Ronald Stephen Jones of Los Angeles, CA, Melissa Jones (Vince) Edwards of Fernandina Beach, FL and Thomas Arlo Guinn of Kingsland, GA; her sister, Grace Sarah (Sherwood) Slott of Mandarin, FL; a brother, Nelson John Fisher of Tampa, FL; her former husband and longtime companion, Arlo �Tommy� Albert Guinn of Kingsland, GA, her grandchildren, Ashley (Thomas) Shelton, Emily Jones, Samantha (Gage) Taylor, Chase Jenkins, Blake Sutton, Avery Grace Guinn; 5 great grandchildren as well as several extended family members.

Funeral services for her will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley-Heard Funeral Directors with the Pastor Rick Lee presiding.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 7, 2020 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Pall bearers include Thomas Guinn, Vince Edwards, James Slott, Chris Slott, Michael Bloodworth, and Toby Pittman.

She will be laid to rest beside her first husband at Chester Cemetery.
