Marianne Dopson, age 67 of Fernandina Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at her home.

She was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Osborn William Dopson and Catherine Elizabeth Hornberger Dopson.

Marianne was a hairdresser and operated several beauty shops in Fernandina Beach, Florida. She loved her animals, especially her dogs, �Peanut� and �Honey�. Marianne was a member of The Journey Church of Fernandina Beach where she was honored to be baptized.

She leaves behind her step-father Eason Bennett of Fernandina Beach, Florida; step-sisters, Shery Usry (Brian) and Kathy Bodamer (Wayne) of San Jose, California as well as her extended family of numerous friends whom she loved and was always in contact with.

Marianne will be laid to rest with her mother in a private ceremony in Bosque Bello Cemetery in Fernandina Beach.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at the American Legion Post 54, 626 South 3rd Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida.
