I've known Lucy and Wiley such a long time. My parents, Doris and Jim Beard were Members of Eastern Star alongside Lucy and Wiley. My Mom worked with Lucy (along side their good friend Evelyn Portier)...those three were tight friends in the Finance Office. Lucy and Wiley (So hard to think of one without the other) were always ready to step up to help and always smiling. What a to priviledge to have known your wonderful Mom and Dad. Please accept my sincere condolences, they were such a presence and will be truly missed..
