Mr. Michael Wade Baldwin, age 40 of Yulee passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Warner Center for Caring in Fernandina Beach.

Born in Jacksonville he was the son of Walter Warren Baldwin Sr. and Vickie Dianne Burrell Baldwin. As a young child his family moved to Yulee where he attended school. Michael had been a lifelong resident of Nassau and Duval Counties and was the Owner of Yulee Tree Services.

He was a fan of Mud Trucks and was an avid fisherman.

Michael is preceded in death by a sister, Lourice �Lori� Baldwin who passed away in 1982 and a daughter, Lourice �Reese� Dianne Baldwin, who passed away in 2005.

He leaves behind his father, Walter Baldwin, Jacksonville, FL, his mother, Dianne B. Baldwin, Yulee, FL, children, Michaela Baldwin, Harriett�s Bluff, GA, Madison Baldwin, Yulee, FL, Michael Baldwin, Yulee, FL, Haylee Pierson, Yulee, FL, Samantha Pierson, Yulee, FL, a brother, Walter �Bubba� W. Baldwin Jr., Yulee, FL, a sister, Brandy Edwards, Yulee, FL and his paternal grandfather, Walter J. Baldwin III of Jacksonville, FL. and Honorary Nana, Joann Johnson of Jacksonville, Fl.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Yulee Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Sides, officiating.

His family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 � 4:00 pm at Oxley Heard.
