Nancy Lou McEntee (nee Harmsen) of Fernandina Beach, Florida, was welcomed home to heaven on November 7, 2023, at age 85.

Nancy was born April 5, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio and attended high school at St. Thomas Moore. She was married to Richard McEntee (deceased) for 62 years, living in the villages of Brooklyn Heights and Valley View, Ohio until they moved to Venice, Florida after retirement. She worked at American Steel & Wire and at Honeywell Corporation in Ohio for 21 years. Following the death of Richard, she moved to Fernandina Beach, Florida, where she enjoyed doing volunteer work for The Journey Church Authentic Impact food ministry program. In her spare time, Nancy loved making beautiful greeting cards for others.

Nancy is predeceased by her son Patrick and husband Richard. She is survived by four children: Kathy Helton (Errol, deceased), Donna Nicol (Steve), Tim McEntee (Sherry) and Jan Roberts (Jack). She has ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, November 30 at 4 p.m. at The Chapel at Journey Church, Fernandina Beach, Florida. Nancy and Rich will be interred at Jacksonville National Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida.
