Nicholas Stephen Becker

Nicholas Stephen Becker, 25, of St. Petersburg passed away at his home Monday, October 19, 2020.
Nicholas was the son of Barbi Hilton Becker and Douglas S. Becker. He was born in St. Petersburg but was raised in Fernandina Beach. He was educated in the schools of Fernandina Beach and was a member of the FBHS Class of 2013. Nicholas moved back to St. Petersburg where he worked in the retail and customer service industry.
He was a very bright young man with an irrepressible spirit. Both loving and caring, Nicholas once got a detention while in Middle School for hugging too much. He loved to sing karaoke and dance. Nicholas also loved all things "tech". At an early age he enjoyed building computers from scratch, assembling them from various parts and making them work.
Nicholas was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Stephen E. Hilton in 2001.
He leaves behind his mother and step-father, Barbi Becker and Shane Batten of Fernandina Beach; his father and step-mother, Douglas and Stacey Becker of St. Petersburg; his siblings, Emilie Batten of Fernandina Beach and Fletcher Becker of St. Petersburg; his maternal grandmother, Linda Hilton, of St. Petersburg; his paternal grandparents, Paul and Nancy Becker of Bloomsbury, NJ; his aunts, Susan Shelton of Fernandina Beach and Heather Becker of Bloomsbury, NJ and two uncles, David Hilton of Fernandina Beach and David Becker of Bloomsbury, NJ; and his loving girlfriend Miranda Linn.
Nicholas' life will be remembered and celebrated with a one-hour viewing starting at 10 a.m. Friday, October 30, 2020, immediately followed by a service in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley-Heard Funeral Directors at 11:00 am.
