Patricia Bell Lovell Jones of Fernandina Beach passed away peacefully April 24, 2022 at Community Hospice Warner Center, surrounded by her family.
She was born August 5, 1931 to the late Virginia Ryals Lovell and Lawrence Huck Lovell at Point Peter, Georgia.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of over 60 years, Ottis (“Captain Snookie”) Jones; her sons, Gene Jones and Randy Jones; her sisters, Estelle Lohman and Mary Reichard Mead; and her brother, George Lovell, and two great grandchildren, Haley & Gabriella.
She is survived by her sister, Ruth Williams and her brother, Wallace Lovell; her daughters, Ginger Pease (Ralph) of Waycross, GA., Robyn Spink (Sam) of Fernandina, and Jami Lapchak of Drums, PA; 13 grandchildren, Vicki Boyett, Kevin Pease, Kasey Miller, Jason Jones, Eric Jones, Shane Friendly, April Henderlite, Holly Turner, Jessica Turner, Bailee Bell, Mackenzie Bell, Drew Lapcack and Jake Lapchak; 13 great-grandchildren, Corey, Ian, Rachel, Catherine, Tierra, Regan, Peyton, Katie, Madelyn, Zack, Kira, Peyton & Jaxson; and 1 great-great grandchild, Claire.
The family will have a celebration of her life at a later date. The family welcomes donations to Community Hospice Warner Center for Caring as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
