I had a lot of good memories with Kay

Paula Morris

Ms. Kay was, definitely, an icon at the Elm Street Recreation Center. She made sure our children were safe. She earned love and respect of those she advocated for. She watched and was concerned for the welfare of children (Troyce) even when they were not at "The Rec." She loved conversations about the Lord and his goodness. Ms. Kay...ALWAYS REMEMBERED!
