Mrs. Roberta �Bobbie� H. Skipper, age 90 of Chester passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, September 13, 2017 at the home of her son.

She was born on March 4, 1927 in Arlington, Mass. In 1948 she married Jacksonville native Otis �Biddie� Lee Skipper. She loved to sew, fish, take care of her cats and feed the local wildlife; oftentimes having the neighborhood raccoons meet her when she arrived home with groceries.

Her husband passed away in July of 2011.

Mrs. Skipper leaves behind, her son, William O. Skipper (Michelle), two grandsons, William �Billy� O. Skipper II (Terry), Shawn P. Black (beloved Christy), five great grandchildren, Garrett, Coral, Brendan, Sophie and David.

Her family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
