Rosemarie Trapse Cantrell , age 55 of Hilliard, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

She was born on February 12, 1963 in Malabon City, Philippines to Jose Trapse and Herminia Bautista.

Mrs. Cantrell and her husband William lived in Moncks Corner, South Carolina before moving to Hilliard, Florida in 1996. She was employed as an Examiner for National Credit Union Administration for 22 years.

She is preceded in death by her father and a sister Editha Odina.

She leaves behind her husband, William Cantrell of Hilliard, Florida; her mother, Herminia Trapse of Jacksonville, Florida; brother, Armie Trapse of the Philippines; sisters, Loida (Noel) Hilario of Jacksonville, Florida, Rosario (Timothy) Dougherty of Thousand Oaks, California, Noemi (Fred) Santos of Ludowici, Georgia; and brother-in-law Renato Odina of the Philippines.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 14, 2018 at St. Michael�s Catholic Church, located at 505 Broome St, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 with Father Jose Kallukalam, Celebrant.

She will be laid to rest in Bosque Bello Cemetery located at 1321 North 14th Street near the entrance of historic Old Town Fernandina Beach.
