Roxie Mae Kulczynski

Roxie Mae Kulczynski, 79, entered eternal peace on Wednesday, July 22, 2021, at her residence surrounded by family and friends.
Roxie was born on February 23, 1942, the daughter of the late B.C & Annie Sutton. She graduated from Terry Parker High School in Jacksonville, Florida. She retired for the Department of The Navy where she worked as a comptroller. She married the love of her like, the late Frances “Ski” Kulczynski and together they enjoyed life and each other. Later, she would marry her partner and companion the late B.J. McGee. Roxie was an active member of Springhill Baptist Church and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Roxie was a very kind and gentle soul with a loving and generous heart which was witnessed in her love for the Lord, her extended family, and friends.
She was predeceased by her beloved Ski and B.J.; her daughter, Carrie Lynn Barlow in 1977; siblings, James Morris Sutton, and Guy Melvin Sutton.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her; son, R. Cash Barlow and grand-daughter, Shelby Lynn Barlow; loving siblings, Ruth Ellis of Yulee, Florida, Byrom Sutton of Yulee, Florida and Joyce Moore of Jacksonville, Florida; and adorning nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Monday, July 26, 2021, at 11:00 am at Springhill Baptist Church, 941017 Old Nassauville Road, Fernandina Beach, Florida.
Interment will be held at Jacksonville Memory Gardens 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, Florida where burial will be celebrated at 3:00 pm.
Friends and relatives are invited to visitation at Oxley-Heard Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
