Tammie Sue Frank, age 54 of Yulee passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville.
Born in Salem, Arkansas, was one of three children born to J.D. and Patsy Jean James Comstock. Tammie has made Nassau County her home since 1991.
She leaves behind, her son, Casey Frank, Yulee, FL, her daughter, Sarah Frank, Fernandina Beach, FL, a sister, Judy Pilgrim and brother, Jack Comstock, both of Mountain Home, AR.
