Mr. Tracy L. Locker, 83, of Fernandina Beach, Florida passed away peacefully Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Baptist Medical Center- Downtown in Jacksonville, FL. He was born October 31, 1932 in Bridgman, Michigan, the son of the late Frank and Crystal Locker. He honorably served our country for a combined 38 years; United States Air Force (4 years), Florida Air National Guard (32 years), and DEA Customs (2 years).

Gratitude is sincerely offered to the many friends who have provided their love and support during this trying time.
