William Bertram McCaull, Jr., age 65 of Fernandina Beach, FL passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Quality Healthcare.

He was born on August 17, 1952 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to the late William B. and Mary A. (McNally) McCaull.

In 1974 he married his high school sweetheart, the former Christine A. Stroud and they settled in Gayles Ferry, Connecticut. In the early 1980�s the family moved to Warwick, Rhode Island. The family then moved to Fernandina Beach, Florida in 1987 when he secured a position in General Dynamics at King�s Bay Submarine Base in St. Mary�s, Georgia.

His daughter remembers him as a protective and loving father who enjoyed coaching his son�s youth baseball team. In his spare time he loved watching NASCAR and enjoyed anything to do with classic cars.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Christine A. McCaull who passed away in 2012 and son, Brian David McCaull who passed away in 2002.

He leaves behind his daughter, Dana McCaull of Fernandina Beach, Florida; grandchildren, Ian Cline, Lucy Cline, Kallin Cline all of Fernandina Beach, Florida, Alexis McCaull and Skylee Freeman both of Yulee, Florida; brothers, Richard McCaull of Middletown, Rhode Island, Robert McCaull of Portsmouth, Rhode Island; and sister, Marcia Rodrigues of Tiverton, Rhode Island.
